Come join us for a social afternoon featuring games, quizzes and a cup of tea/coffee.

Our Feel Good Friday sessions offer simple, accessible activities to support health and connection. Sessions includes:

·         Chair‑based exercise to promote gentle movement and mobility (10:30-11:30 and 11:30-12:30)

·         Monthly blood pressure and weight checks (10:30am-12pm)

·         Mindfulness activities to reduce stress and improve focus (9am-12:30pm)

·         Coffee morning to encourage social connection (9am-12:30pm)

·         Bingo to also encourage social connection (10:30am-12pm)

Chair based exercise - a gentle form of exercise suitable for all fitness levels from very basic to advanced. Join us to start your journey to improve your fitness in warm friendly surroundings and make new friends.
