Museums and castles

There is a new Wakefield Museums and Castles website.

That website replaces the information that was on the Wakefield Council website. On the new website you can find visitor information and access guides. You can find out about events and exhibitions. You can also find curated content about the museum collections. There are blog articles and news.

Wakefield Council operates three museums and two scheduled ancient monuments. These are: Castleford Museum, Pontefract Castle, Pontefract Museum, Sandal Castle and Wakefield Museum. Find visitor information for Wakefield Museums and Castles venues on the new webpages
