All our classes are taught by a qualified team of instructors. This is to make sure you get the most from your workout and work towards achieving your personal fitness goals.
Types of Functional Skills classes
Functional and Skills Classes | Description |
Circuits | Cardio, resistance, and body weight exercises led in circuits. It gives you all fitness benefits in one class. |
Body Pump | A Les Mills programme choreographed to great music. A barbell and resistance workout designed to tone, strengthen, and sculpt your body. |
Chair Based Exercise | A chair-based class using exercises to develop strength, core strength and mobility. This class is done in a safe low impact environment. Suitable for anyone on EOR. |
Functional Circuit | Higher Intensity circuit class incorporating exercises to improve your strength carrying out everyday movements. Strengthen total body and core muscles in this class. |
Functional Lifting | ​Workout using Olympic Lifting techniques to tone and strengthen the whole body. |
Functional Strength | Fitness class designed to improve your strength for performing and carrying out everyday movements. Strengthen total body and core muscles in this class. Suitable for all EOR clients. |
HIIT | High Intensity Interval Training designed to burn calories, tone muscle, and increase fitness. |
Junior Gym | ​Supervised gym sessions for juniors. |
OMNIA Fit | Circuit class using exercises to strengthen total body, core muscles in this class, and improve fitness. |
Power Zone | A conditioning session with pulse raisers, using either body weight or weights. Doing maximum reps and continuous movement for a full body workout. Coordinating it to songs or music with timers and countdowns. |
Skip HIIT | High Intensity Interval Training designed to burn calories using skipping techniques. It also helps tone muscle and increase fitness. |
WOD Classes | High Intensity repeatable workout. AMRAPs / For Time Workouts to push muscular strength and endurance and cardiovascular fitness. |
Low Impact Circuit | Low impact cardio, resistance, and body weight exercises giving you all fitness benefits in one class. Suitable for those who may have been through our Exercise on Referral programme. |
Functional Barbell | A barbell class using varied barbell lifts and Olympic lifting techniques. Suitable for beginners to more experienced lifters. |
Kick and Box Fit | MMA, boxing circuit style training. Suitable for all fitness levels. |
