All our classes are taught by a qualified team of instructors. This is to make sure you get the most from your workout and work towards achieving your personal fitness goals.
Types of Dance classes
Dance Classes | Description |
50+ Aerotone | An aerobic workout using small weights for added muscular toning benefit and challenge. Reduced impact and scaled to be suitable for 50+. |
50+ Zumba | Zumba choreography is designed to be suitable for participants aged 50+. Lower impact but still a great workout. |
Aerotone | An aerobic dance workout using small weights for added muscular toning benefit and challenge. This class combines aerobic, toning, and bodyweight exercises with light weights. |
Clubbercise | Dance fitness class with easy-to-follow routines taught in a nightclub atmosphere. Includes rave glow sticks, lasers, and disco lights. |
Chair-Based Zumba | A chair-based exercise class incorporating Zumba moves in a safe low impact environment. Suitable for anyone on EOR. |
Zumba Toning | Next level Zumba using Toning Sticks for added muscular toning benefit and challenge. |
Zumba | Dance fitness class that is fun and energetic, combining low and high intensity moves for a great workout to great music. |
Zumba Gold | Easy to follow Zumba choreography focusing on balance, R.O.M and co-ordination. |
Zumba Step | Combines the toning and strengthening power of step aerobics with the fun atmosphere and music of a Zumba class. |
Zumba Kids | Perfect for our younger Zumba® fans! Kids 7-11 years old get the chance to be active and jam out to their favourite music. Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities, and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. |
Step Aerobics | Aerobic workout utilising a step. Will increase fitness whilst toning the lower body. |
