Polling appointment agent form

Candidates must use this polling appointment agent form to appoint polling agents.  Please return the form to returningofficer@wakefield.gov.uk or Electoral Services Office, Wakefield Town Hall, Wood Street, Wakefield, WF1 2HQ. The deadline for appointing polling agents is Wednesday 29 April 2026.

Count attendee appointment form 

Candidates must use this count attendee appointment form to appoint counting agents and any intended guest(s) / partner / spouse. Please return the form to returningofficer@wakefield.gov.uk or Electoral Services Office, Wakefield Town Hall, Wood Street, Wakefield, WF1 2HQ.  The deadline for appointing polling agents is Wednesday 29 April 2026.

Postal vote opening attendee form

Candidates can use this postal vote opening attendee form to let us know about any postal vote agents that want to attend opening sessions.  It is helpful if we have at least 24 hours’ notice of attendance, so we can make sure the relevant electoral area is worked on at that session.  Please return the form to returningofficer@wakefield.gov.uk or Electoral Services Office, Wakefield Town Hall, Wood Street, Wakefield, WF1 2HQ.
