Culture Grants Small
Small grants support up to £1,500. They are open to applications from constituted community groups, charities, CICs, and other VCSE organisations to run small creative, cultural and heritage projects and activities. Individuals and businesses are not eligible to apply.
Small grant application deadlines are:
- Round 1 – Monday 30 March 2026
- Round 2 – Monday 11 May 2026
- Round 3 – Monday 13 July 2026
- Round 4 – Monday 14 September 2026
- Round 5 – Monday 9 November 2026
All eligible applications will be assessed at a decision panel. Decisions will be announced within 8 weeks after each deadline, followed then by a 2-week period for contracting and finance arrangements. Please note that this could mean up to 10 weeks between application and a project beginning.

Applications will only be accepted via the application form for the relevant grant strand (word document or e-form). We do not accept supplementary documents or files alongside your application form.
