Please follow the instructions below
- download the FREE Aspire Health app from the Apple App Store (see the links below)
- open the app and create a mywellness account by completing the personal details section. If you are a current Aspire Health member,
- please use the email linked to your membership
- follow the registration process, making sure to accept the T's and C's
- select "Create mywellness account" to complete the process
- press 'Start' and get moving!
