Schools and groups

School or group visit application form

We are here to help schools and groups such as Beavers, Brownies and Scouts to learn about the environment. We also provide talks for social and friends groups.

We can work with your school or group both within the school/club environment and in our country parks and nature reserves.

We offer:

Young family with nets observing pond life
  • pond dipping - identify pond creatures, learn about life cycles and food chains
  • mini beasting - look for bugs in different habitats
  • natural art - use different materials gathered in our parks to create collages
  • making homes for birds, bees, bugs or bats
  • talks

We can adapt to your curriculum and also offer a pre-visit meeting to discuss details of the day's activities.
