We can help you bring the excitement to learning!
All of our sessions support your learning objectives. They are for class sizes of up to 35. Our programmes make use of collections, history and local landmarks. We create memorable and hands-on learning experiences.
All sessions are flexible and can be adapted to meet your needs. If you don't find the topic you are looking for, just let us know. We always welcome suggestions for new topics and ways to help you.
Our sessions include a wide range of approaches. These include role-play, enquiry-led learning, multisensory exploration and archaeology. There's no dry history here!

Workshop Costs
- £75 for standard workshops delivered at one of our sites or virtual sessions delivered online
- £130 for whole day workshops
- £125 for one outreach session delivered in-school
- £181 for two outreach sessions delivered in-school on the same day
- £205 for three outreach sessions delivered in-school on the same day
Book 5 sessions in a school year and get a sixth free, if all booked at the same time.
Please note that outreach sessions delivered beyond the Wakefield district will incur a small additional mileage charge.
If you don't find the topic you are looking for within these programmes, just let us know. We always welcome suggestions for new topics and opportunities. We love to work with schools and teachers to create new programming.
