We are recruiting for a Service Director - HR, Organisational Development and Performance.

In this role you'll be at the heart of making sure our Council is a place where everyone feels they below, can develop and contribute meaningfully to the lives of our residents.
 
You will lead the Council's Human Resources, Organisational Development and Performance functions with a focus on creating a supportive, high-performing environment.
