Risk Assessment Check-and-Send Service for small and medium sized business
The Here for Business Team are now offering our first ever Risk Assessment Check-and-Send service.
Did you know it’s a legal requirement for any business with 5 or more employees to have a written risk assessment? We know that for small and medium businesses the hazards, risks and controls aren’t always clear.
Let us support you in supporting your business. You can sound-board your Risk Assessment with our colleagues in Environmental Health. They will offer helpful hints, tips, and recommendations.
To get started, please download the Check-and-Send Proforma from the 'Related Documents' section. Fill it out and send it along with your Risk Assessment to business@wakefield.gov.uk. Please use the subject heading 'Check-and-Send' in your email.

Getting started webinars

If you have made significant improvements since your last inspection and want us to reassess your rating, you can schedule a food hygiene rating re-score on our website.
