“Trinity have had a remarkable season. Completing the treble of winning the Championship Grand Final, the 1895 Cup and the League Leaders Shield. And that’s been complemented off the pitch with the ambitious work to develop the facilities at Belle Vue.
“Super League’s decision today confirms our district as the beating heart of Rugby League. It’ll be brilliant for local fans to have Wakefield Trinity and Castleford Tigers back in the same league to renew their famous rivalry. We can’t wait for next season!”
