Welcome to the City of Wakefield Golf Course, Members Club. Where golfing fun and camaraderie come together! Based at the City of Wakefield Golf Course, we're proud to be an accredited club that's open to golf enthusiasts of all ages, genders, and skill levels. What sets us apart? Well, we're all about enhancing your golfing experience. Our competitions give our members the chance to test their skills and improve their handicaps. To join in on these thrilling Club Competitions, all you need to do is pay your Annual Club Subscription.

We also organise golf trips and host various social evenings in our licensed bar. If you're a club member, you're in for a treat. Enjoy a round of social golf with your friends. Take part in competitive events which includes, weekly games, club championships, and team matches.

You'll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded people who share your interests and backgrounds. Our friendly staff are always ready to help you find a game and introduce you to a regular group of fellow golfers.

Being a regular player has its perks too. Become part of our golfing community, ensuring you always have someone to tee off with, even if you show up solo. Looking for a venue to celebrate special occasions? Our clubhouse is available for hire. We offer a range of catering options to make your event memorable.  The member bar card gives you access to discounted drinks and exciting events at our clubhouse. 

All memberships, EXCLUDING Junior and Students include £10 credit on the membership cards.

Ladies Subscriptions include subs to EWGA, EGU and YLCGA. Student applications MUST be accompanied by proof of Full – time education status. NUS cards are NOT accepted.
