What Is Clubbercise?

Clubbercise is a fun dance fitness class set in a dark room with disco lights. You use easy to-follow dance moves to upbeat club music. Many classes also use glow sticks to make the session feel like a real night out. It is suitable for people of all fitness levels.

How it works 

In a Clubbercise class, the lights are low and the music is loud. The instructor guides you through simple routines. You do not need to be a good dancer. The aim is to move, have fun and enjoy the music.
