Active Through Football - disability sessions

The Active through Football project is about giving adults with disabilities and learning difficulties in the South East of the District a variety of sports and games.

The goal is:

  • to promote physical health
  • social interaction
  • personal growth

Active through football wants to create a space where everyone can join in and do well.

We offer different sports and games to:

  • improve fitness
  • build a sense of community
  • make people happy

The project aims to break down barriers and provide a chance for people with disabilities and learning difficulties to enjoy an active lifestyle.

Our aim is to make a positive impact on lives. We are encouraging inclusivity and accessibility in our world of sports and recreation.
