We are committed to making our facilities accessible to everyone. Here’s what we offer to ensure an inclusive experience:
General Accessibility
- All Aspire facilities are disability accessible.
- Our staff have received training on the use of hoists and accessibility.
- All our pools have special hoists to help people get in and out of the water.
- We offer swimming lessons for all ages and abilities. For more details, email aquatics@wakefield.gov.uk.
- Each site has dedicated parking, toilets and changing facilities.
- We offer reduced membership rates and activities for users with disabilities.
- Customers who require support can bring a 'Carer' for free. For more information on our carers policies, please visit a site and speak with a member of staff.
