Growing Talent programme
Help inspire the next generation of professionals in adult social care!
Through our Growing Talent Programme, you can offer work placements to enthusiastic students.
It’s an exceptional opportunity to introduce them to the rewarding aspects of a career in care. And help shape the next wave of skilled and passionate care professionals.
Students gain valuable hands-on experience. And your team has the chance to share their knowledge and demonstrate the real impact the sector has on people's lives.
We received some excellent feedback regarding a student from Ossett Academy who completed a placement at Woodlands of Woolley Care Home:
"He’s doing amazing, very quiet but he has built up a relationship with a male resident who adores him, he’s helping him settle into his new home. They have been playing dominoes and snakes and ladders. They were sat out today watching the world go by. He’s very punctual you have a good student there."
Interested in getting involved? Contact us today to find out how you can support the programme.
Together, we can ignite passion in young people and build a sustainable, dedicated workforce for the future!
