If you cannot carry on living where you are, and have nowhere else that it is reasonable for you to stay, we will consider your circumstances under the homelessness law.​

The Housing Needs Service provides advice, help, and support to prevent homelessness.

Service availability:

Queens House

Monday - Wednesday: 9am to 4pm.
Thursday: 10am to 4pm.
Friday: 9am to 4pm.

If you become homeless and our offices are closed you can contact 0345 8 506 506 for advice, or go to your nearest open police station.

This is an emergency contact service only.

It should only be used if you have no other temporary solutions available to you until our offices are open.
