Contacting Adult Social Care

Adult Social Care is available on 0345 8 503 503, 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-4:30pm on Friday.

If your situation is urgent and cannot safely wait until the next working day, contact the Emergency Duty Team on 0345 8 503 503.

An urgent social care situation is where there is an immediate risk of harm, abuse, neglect, or a breakdown in care and support.

For a medical emergency, call 999. For urgent health advice, contact NHS 111.

For other enquiries please contact Adult Social Care during working hours or complete an online referral.
