There are over 200 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests every day in the UK. The best way to save those lives is to get involved quickly. Taking first aid training is an important step to build your skills and confidence. Whether it is to save a colleague, family member or stranger. You can even find out where your local defibrillator is using DefibFinder - find the defibrillators nearest you.

The Health and Safety Executive states the need for all organisations to have sufficient first aid provisions. Have a look at our first aid calculator to determine the right first aid training for you.

You must be 16 years or older and physically capable of getting on the floor to pass the qualification.
