Business training calendar

This course is great for lower-risk work environments such as offices, shops, or organisations with fewer than 100 employees. In this course, you will:

• gain a basic unit in Emergency First Aid including CPR, defibrillators, recovery position, choking, wounds, shock, and seizures
• complete the course in one day (9am to 4:30pm)
• take part in four practical assessments and a multiple choice test

This course is aimed at refreshing learners’ knowledge annually as is recommended by the HSE. We recommend this course following updates in Spring 2026 to the Resuscitation Council First Aid Guidelines.

In this course, you will:

revise a basic unit in First Aid including CPR, defibrillators, recovery position, choking, wounds, shock, and seizures.

complete the course in half a day (10am to 2pm)

take part in three practical assessments.  

This course is aimed at refreshing Emergency First Aid and First Aid at Work.

This training is for anyone working in catering who prepares, cooks, and handles food. It covers:

• the principles of cleanliness and hygiene and its impact on food safety
• an in-depth understanding of food safety risks
• the 4C's cleaning, chilling, cooking, and cross contamination risks
• the National Food Hygiene Rating Scheme and how to achieve the best rating score
