First Aid Annual Refresher

This course is aimed at refreshing learners’ knowledge annually as is recommended by the HSE. We recommend this course following updates in Spring 2026 to the Resuscitation Council First Aid Guidelines.
In this course, you will:
revise a basic unit in First Aid including CPR, defibrillators, recovery position, choking, wounds, shock, and seizures.
complete the course in half a day (10am to 2pm)
take part in three practical assessments.
This course is aimed at refreshing Emergency First Aid and First Aid at Work.

This course is great for lower-risk work environments such as offices, shops, or organisations with fewer than 100 employees. In this course, you will:
- gain a basic unit in Emergency First Aid including CPR, defibrillators, recovery position, choking, wounds, shock, and seizures
- complete the course in one day (9am to 4:30pm)
- take part in four practical assessments and a multiple choice test
