In its former life, The Mill was part of the industrial centre in this proud West Yorkshire city of Wakefield. Today, TileYard North is home to The Mill.

Using its industrial heritage, The Mill takes full advantage of its layout to house beautiful weddings and events. It showcases the best of Yorkshire farm to fork on the menu.

Welcoming the intimate to the grand, events and celebrations between 50 and 200 guests, the industrial-style design uses exposed red brick, soaring vaulted ceilings, and overhead lighting to set the mood. Natural light beams throughout the room and hundreds of candles at night illuminate the space with a delicate touch.

With over 10 years in the catering and hospitality industry, The Mill is run by a successful team of local business owners who understand the importance of local culture and traditions, whilst looking outwards to see what people truly want to experience for their events.
