Clinical or medical waste collection
Please note that you must arrange your first collection through your GP, this form can only be used to request further collections. If you have not arranged an initial collection through your GP we will not be able to process your request.
Before you start
Medical waste bags are used for disposing of items like soiled bandages, dressings, and incontinence pads.
The bag must be tied securely and not weigh more than 11 kilograms.
If you haven't used this service before you should contact a healthcare professional, such as a GP or district nurse, and they will arrange your first collection.

- The exact location the bags need to be collected from/delivered to
