Contracted Providers
The information for our contracted providers that deliver their services can be found on our My Life Catalogue. These services are monitored and checked by the Council to make sure vulnerable people are safeguarded and receive a quality service.
Other Care Providers
There are other care providers available in the area. You can find detailed information about them, on the CQC website. This includes their Care Quality Commission (CQC) quality rating and the latest inspection report. It's important to note that we do not monitor these care providers.
You can also look on the Connect to Support website. Connect to Support gives information to help you look after yourself or a loved one, stay independent and connect with others.
Paying for your care
You'll be given a personal budget to spend if you're eligible for help with any social care and support you need. The money in your personal budget can be paid to you, to help you make more decisions about how it's spent. This is known as a direct payment. More information can be on our Using your care and support personal budget page.
