New Traders Market returns to Castleford

Wakefield Council is welcoming new traders to Castleford Indoor Market on Saturday 28 March, 9am to 3pm.
Those just starting out, launching a new side-venture, or looking to trade in the Wakefield district for the first time, are welcome to apply for a stall. Visitors can expect a mix of handmade goods, food, fashion, art, and more, all alongside the existing high-quality offer.

The New Traders Market provides a valuable platform for small businesses to build confidence and connect with customers. Many successful businesses start small, and events like this help traders take that important first step. These events are also open to young traders, aged 16 to 30.
New traders can apply for a spot by emailing letstalkmarkets@wakefield.gov.uk with the subject line ‘NTM EVENT'. Successful traders will be granted access to a free gazebo and table.
