Look after your health this summer

It’s a boost for our physical and mental health to spend time in the sunshine. However, it’s important to know how to look after ourselves and each other during the summer months.

Please don’t be tempted to cool off in open water. 

Reservoirs, rivers, canals, quarries and lakes are all open water and all very cold.
