The excitement continues this summer as iconic synth-pop pioneers Heaven 17 prepare to perform on 8 July. Audiences can expect a night filled with fan favourites including “Temptation”, alongside the rich electronic soundscapes and unmistakable vocals that have defined the band for more than four decades. Tickets for Heaven 17 are on sale now.

WX has now confirmed that rock and roll sensation Showaddywaddy will join the line-up on 15 October. Formed in 1970, the band has sold more than 20 million records worldwide, touring internationally with their signature high-energy sound. Their appearance at Wakefield Exchange promises to be a must-see event for fans old and new.

In addition to live music, WX has built a strong following for its monthly comedy night. Following its growing success, two major comedy specials have been announced. Russell Kane will take to the stage on 27 June, with tickets already on sale. Just announced, Joel Dommett, Masked Singer presenter and renowned stand-up, will headline a Halloween comedy special on 31 October.
