The new WhatsApp Channel will provide residents with timely, reliable and accessible information, delivering important updates directly to their phones and reducing the chance of residents missing essential service information and council announcements.
Whether it's changes to local services, urgent updates during severe weather, or priority community information, residents can receive trusted updates through an app many already use every day.
The WhatsApp Channel compliments the Council's other communication channels, providing another easy way for residents to access information without needing to search for updates online.
