It’s time to move to the new Aspire system

We’re excited to let you know that our brand new Aspire Health system and mobile app are now ready for you to use!

This upgrade has been designed to make your experience smoother, faster, and much more convenient. To get started, we just need you to complete a quick one time setup so you can begin enjoying the improved features straight away.

To help you get started, we've put together a simple step-by-step guide below.

We're bringing you an all-around smoother experience with this upgrade.

Not only will your bookings and facility access be faster and simpler, but you'll have a modern app that puts everything at your fingertips.

Here's what's new:

  • faster, easier class and activity bookings
  • a fresh, modern mobile app for quick, on-the-go access
  • seamless facility entry using the app as your access pass
  • a new class booking time (more information below)

Step 1. Activate your new account

  • no need to create a new account, your Aspire membership is already in place!
  • to access it on the new system, just reset your password using the link below.
  • simply enter the email address that you received this email on.
  • create your new password, and log-in.

Step 2: Download the new Aspire Health App

The Aspire Health app will be your key to a smooth experience.

You'll use to the app to access our facilities and manage everything with ease.

Just download the app from the links below, or search ASPIRE HEALTH in your mobile app store.

Once it's on your phone, log in with your newly created details from STEP 1, and you're all set to go!

Class booking update

As we move to our new leisure management system, we’ve taken the opportunity to review and improve our class booking process, making it clearer, fairer, and more consistent for all members.

What’s changing?

From 8am on Tuesday 21st April., bookings will open for classes scheduled from Wednesday 22nd April onwards. Moving forward, all classes will be available to book from 8am, seven days in advance.

Why are we making this change?

This update introduces a consistent booking window across all classes and venues. It helps remove confusion about when bookings open and ensures everyone has the same opportunity to book.

Example:

If a class is taking place on a Thursday, it will always open for booking at 8am on the previous Thursday - no matter which class or location you choose.

By having one clear rule for all bookings, it becomes easier to plan your week, avoids early access issues, and helps our team manage classes more efficiently.
