Current students
Kerry is a current student who attends Manygates Centre in Wakefield where she studies GCSE English and British Sign Language Level 2. Hear what she has to say about her experiences with Wakefield Adult Education.
We later caught up with Kerry and she told us about how her studies had been going since we last spoke.
Former students
We asked three former Wakefield Adult Education students about their experiences of their courses and tutors. We also asked how studying with Adult Education has helped them to progress in their lives and careers.
Claire studied Maths and English with Wakefield Adult Education. She is now at college with the hope of going on to study at university to become a social worker.
Gail studied hairdressing and beauty with Wakefield Adult Education. She is now doing mobile hairdressing and beauty and hopes to go on to teach beauty.
Barbara studied Maths and English with Wakefield Adult Education. After finishing her course she decided to volunteer at the Manygates Education centre and is now employed full time there as a centre assistant.
