View your tenants Housing Benefit payments online

If you receive Housing Benefit payments directly from the Council for your tenant(s), you can now sign up to our online Landlord Portal.

This will allow you to:

• view your tenant’s entitlement to Housing Benefit
• see the breakdown of any Housing Benefit payments you receive
• view your Housing Benefit notification letters

Please note that we will no longer be sending any payment schedules or Housing Benefit notifications by post or e-mail. This information can only be accessed by the Landlord Portal.

To sign up for the portal, you will need to send us a contact name, e-mail address and telephone number. You can send us this using our online Contact Form as follows:

1. on the first page, select ‘Something else’ options
2. on the second page, enter your name and contact details
3. on the third page, request access to the Landlord Portal
4. on the fourth page, submit your request

We will then e-mail your login details and instructions on how to use the Portal directly to you. 

Once you are signed up, you can then access the Landlord Portal.
