For each direction, please give: a. the name of the direction as the council refers to it; b. the permitted development rights it withdraws — and in particular whether it withdraws the right to change from a dwellinghouse (Class C3) to a house in multiple occupation (Class C4), or affects larger HMOs falling outside Class C4 (sui generis); c. the date it came into force; d. the area it covers — whether it applies to the whole of the council's area or to named wards, streets or properties, with the list or map the council uses; e. a link to the direction and to any map or schedule published with it. 2. Whether any Article 4 direction in force affects the use of a dwelling as short-term or holiday let accommodation, and if so which. 3. Any Article 4 direction the council has made or confirmed that is not yet in force, with the date it takes effect; and any the council has formally consulted on but not yet made. "
