• makes reports or recommendations relating to regeneration and communities. This includes flood risk management functions
• makes reports or recommendations on topics that impact the district and the people who live in it. This includes matters relating to outside bodies and partnerships
• acts as the crime and disorder committee by:
  • reviewing or scrutinising any crime and disorder matter
  • making reports or recommendations to Full Council or the Cabinet
