West Yorkshire Mass Transit Spatial Development Framework joint Development Plan Document Regulation 19 Consultation
West Yorkshire Combined Authority and the five West Yorkshire Councils are consulting on a West Yorkshire-wide Spatial Development Framework to support the delivery of a West Yorkshire Mass Transit system.
