Please provide the following information separately for: 2023/24 2024/25 2025/26 2026/27 to 31 July 2026 1. HHSRS assessments Please provide: a. The total number of completed HHSRS assessments. b. The number of completed HHSRS assessments in which an Excess Heat hazard was identified. c. Of the assessments recorded under Question 1(b), the number where Excess Heat was assessed as: Category 1 Category 2 Please count each completed assessment once in the relevant figure, regardless of the number of defects or deficiencies that contributed to the Excess Heat hazard. 2. Action taken Please provide the number of each of the following actions where Excess Heat was cited as one of the hazards concerned: Hazard Awareness Notices Improvement Notices Prohibition Orders Emergency Prohibition Orders Emergency Remedial Actions Civil penalties Prosecutions Where a notice or action cites Excess Heat alongside other hazards, please include it once in the Excess Heat figure.
