Description: Thank you for your response confirming that a compliance check was undertaken at Dimple Well Lodge Hotel and that Licensing Enforcement considers there to be no evidence of a breach of licence conditions. To enable me to understand the basis of this conclusion, I would be grateful if you could provide further information regarding the compliance inspection and assessment undertaken. In particular, please provide: • The date, time and duration of the compliance inspection. • Whether the inspection was announced or unannounced. • Whether the inspection took place during an event or period of customer activity. • The areas of the premises that were inspected, including any external areas. • Whether observations were undertaken after 22:00, when Conditions 11, 13 and 14 become relevant. • Details of how compliance with Conditions 11, 13 and 14 was assessed. • Copies of any inspection notes, officer observations, photographs, recordings or other contemporaneous records created during the visit. • Details of the evidence relied upon in reaching the conclusion that no licence conditions had been breached. • Confirmation of whether resident complaints, incident logs, photographs, videos and other evidence previously submitted were considered as part of the assessment. • Where resident evidence was considered but not relied upon, an explanation of the reasons for discounting that evidence
