Description: I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 relating to Lady Balk Field, Monkhill, Pontefract (or, if your systems require, within a 500-metre radius of the field). Please provide the following information for the period 1 January 2021 to the date this request is processed. 1. The number of reported unauthorised encampments at Lady Balk Field. 2. The start and end date of each encampment. 3. The number of calls for service (999 and 101 where applicable) relating to each encampment. 4. The number of recorded incidents of anti-social behaviour linked to the field during each encampment. 5. The number of recorded offences during each encampment, broken down by offence type (for example: criminal damage, theft, vehicle crime, assault, public order, drugs, fly-tipping and arson). 6. The number of arrests made in connection with incidents at or directly relating to the encampments. 7. Any costs incurred by the authority in relation to: o clean-up and waste removal; o repairs to fences, gates or other infrastructure; o security measures; o legal proceedings; o eviction or enforcement action. 8. Copies of any risk assessments, operational policies or decision logs relating to the management of the encampments, where disclosure is appropriate. 9. The dates on which enforcement or eviction action was initiated and the legal powers used. 10. Any correspondence or reports summarising the impact of the encampments on the use of Lady Balk Field by sports clubs, community groups or the public.
