Description: Planning Application: 25/02991/FULL – Barrett Homes, Hollins Bank I would like further information regarding the proposed drainage arrangements for this development. Specifically, I would like to know: - What provisions have been made for both surface water and foul water drainage? - How will the proposed drainage system prevent flooding both on the development site and to neighbouring properties? - Has the existing drainage network been assessed to confirm it has sufficient capacity to accommodate the additional properties? - What sustainable drainage measures (SuDS) are proposed, and how will they be maintained in the future? - Have the developers carried out any assessment of the existing drainage problems that have previously affected this area, and if so, how have those findings influenced the drainage design?
