Ventilation Strategy • Do you currently operate a formal ventilation strategy or policy for your housing stock? • If yes, please provide a copy of the strategy or a summary of its key principles. • Does this strategy specifically reference damp, mould, and condensation (e.g. in relation to compliance with Awaab’s Law or similar guidance)? 2. Ventilation Asset Data From your most recent asset management database and/or stock condition survey: • Total number of residential properties managed • Number of properties with: o Intermittent extractor fans (e.g. kitchen/bathroom fans) o Continuous running/mechanical extract ventilation systems (MEV/MVHR) o Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) units • Where possible, a breakdown of the above by property type (e.g. houses, low-rise flats, high-rise blocks) 3.
