Physical demolition went ahead today, Saturday 18th July 2026. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide: 1. A copy of the Section 81 Counter-Notice issued by Wakefield Council for this site, including its full schedule of safety, environmental, and structural conditions. 2. The exact date this Section 81 Notice was formally served to the applicant. 3. If no Section 81 Notice was issued prior to today's demolition, please explicitly confirm that no such document is held by the council.
