Description: Freedom of Information Request Waterfront Car Park / Barnsley Road / WF1 5JT: Please provide the following information and documentation: 1. Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs): Please confirm whether this specific piece of land known as the Waterfront Car park, or any part of it, is currently subject to a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO), Off-Street Parking Place Order, Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO), or any other local authority statutory control or byelaw. If so, please provide copies of the relevant orders and any accompanying site maps. 2. Car Park Licenses: Please supply a copy of the Car Park Licenses made between The Council of the City of Wakefield and City and Provincial Properties Investments Limited dated 2nd December 2019 together with the Deed Of Variation dated 26th August 2022 and the car park license dated 27th September 2024. 3. Approvals Required Under The Lease Dated 1st August 2025: Please supply a copy of the Council written approval in respect of the follow provisions of the lease dated 1st August 2025 between the Council of the City of Wakefield and City and Provincial Properties Investments Limited) A: Clause 11.06 Approval of ANPR camera installation including confirmation by the Tenant to the Council of compliance by the Tenant with clause 7.4 B: Clause 11.10 Approval of display Signage. 4. Complaints received by the Council: By way of aggregated data the total number of complaints received by the Council in respect of the Waterfront Car Park since 1st August 2025, such data to include complaints raised by both members of the public and adjacent business owners. 5. Private Parking Enforcement Permission: Please state whether the Council has granted explicit, written permission or a license to the Tenant or UKCPS Limited to enforce private parking charges on this specific plot of land known as Waterfront Car Park.
