The number of people awaiting a new domiciliary care package. 2. The average waiting time from assessment to the commencement of domiciliary care. 3. The number of care packages that could not be allocated because: o no provider had capacity; o no provider accepted the referral; or o no suitable provider was available. 4. The number of commissioned home care hours that remained unallocated or undelivered due to provider capacity. 5. Whether the Council has identified increasing demand for: o domiciliary care; o complex home care; o double-handed care; or o reablement services. 6. Copies of any Market Position Statements, commissioning strategies or reports relating to current or future demand for domiciliary care services.
