Description: Please provide the following information for the period from 1 January 2024 to the date this request is processed: 1. the number of water bowsers owned, leased, hired, or otherwise operated by the council for watering parks, planters, floral displays, trees, hanging baskets, and other landscaped council assets. 2. the council department or team responsible for authorising and operating each water bowser. 3. the locations, parks, public spaces, or council assets where each water bowser has been deployed during the requested period. 4. any schedules, work programmes, deployment logs, or operational records showing when and where water bowsers were planned to be used and were then actually used. 5. the estimated annual volume of water used to water council assets in 2024, 2025, and the current year to date. 6. any policies, guidance, risk assessments, standard operating procedures, or related documents governing the use of water bowsers for council assets. 7. the total annual cost of operating the water bowsers, including fuel, maintenance, repairs, staffing, contractor costs, and water charges, broken down by financial year where available.
