Specifically, I require the following information: 1. External Management Consultancy: The total financial amount spent by Wakefield Council on external management consultants, corporate advisors, and strategy firms for each of the specified financial years. Please provide a list of the top five costliest consultancy projects undertaken, including the names of the firms hired and the final cost of each project. 2. Outsourcing and Third-Party Contracts: The total annual expenditure handed to private outsourcing companies (specifically including, but not limited to, Capita, Serco, and G4S) for the delivery of council services, IT infrastructure, back-office administration, or facilities management. 3. Contract Failure Penalties: A statement on whether Wakefield Council has issued any financial penalties, contract clawbacks, or withheld payments from external private contractors due to missed performance targets or service delivery failures over this period. If so, please state the total financial value of these penalties and the names of the contractors involved. 4. Senior Executive Remuneration: The exact current annual salary, bonuses, and expenses package allocated to the Chief Executive of Wakefield Council, alongside the number of council employees currently receiving a total annual remuneration package exceeding £100,000.
