Description: I wish to ascertain the ownership of a toilet block which sits on the edge of the drive of 47 Holmfield Lane. Historically I believe there was a sports club run by the council, which included tennis courts, a bowling club and cricket club. This was located at the other side of the boundary of Holmfield Lane. The bowling club up until recently used the old block but have now built new facilities within their boundary. The old block stands on private land and did not, as far as I am aware, ever have planning permission to be built. I have checked the title deeds and the only information shown is that there is pedestrian access only for number 45 Holmfield Lane. There are various planning permissions around the area but nothing relating to the toilet block. Please confirm whether the toilet block adjacent to 47 Holmfield Lane forms part of any landholding owned by the Council and provide any ownership plan, asset record, lease or licence relating to the structure.
