This request is made under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 because the information concerns the condition, heritage significance, management, redevelopment and proposed demolition of land and built structures, including related professional, technical and economic analysis. The documents were listed as restricted appendices to Item 58, “Wakefield City Centre Regeneration: The Future Development of The Ridings Shopping Centre”, considered by Cabinet on 13 December 2022 Unless stated otherwise, please provide each document in full, including all appendices, schedules, plans, photographs and other supporting material forming part of it.
