Description: I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. For the purposes of this request, “George Cottrell” should include any reference to: • "George Cottrell"; • "George Cotrel"; • "Cottrell" / "Cotrel" / "George" where the context indicates George Cottrell/Cotrel; • “Posh George”; • Geostrategy, Geostrategy International, Geostrategy International Unlimited, or geostrategy.com. Please provide the following information for the period 2 May 2025 to the date of this request: 1. Copies of any correspondence between George Cottrell, or anyone acting on behalf of him or Geostrategy, and: a. Any leaders of the Council; b. Cabinet members; c. the Chief Executive; d. the Monitoring Officer; e. the Section 151 Officer / Chief Finance Officer; f. any officer or team responsible for transformation, productivity, efficiency, “waste”, “DOLGE”, “DOGE” consultancy, audit, or spending reviews. This should include emails, letters, text messages, WhatsApp messages, Teams messages, meeting invitations, calendar entries, documents and attachments, where held by the council for council business. 2. A list of any meetings, calls, visits or events involving George Cottrell, Geostrategy, or any representative acting on their behalf, including: a. the date; b. The attendees; c. the location or format; e. any agendas, briefing notes, minutes, notes or follow-up actions. 3. Copies of any internal council correspondence, briefing notes, submissions, reports, meeting notes or other recorded information held by the offices/roles listed in question 1 which mention George Cottrell (in terms described above). 4. Details of any contracts, unpaid advisory arrangements, offers of support, consultancy discussions, donations, sponsorship, gifts, hospitality, travel, accommodation, or other benefits offered by or involving George Cottrell, Geostrategy, or anyone acting on their behalf.
