Description: I am seeking some information in relation to councillor Steven Lewis. I am wanting to know if he has had a DBS check as part of his councillor role. I would like to know if this was an enhanced DBS check and whether this has led to a decision regarding whether he is safe to work with women and children. I would like to know how many engagements he has attended in his role as councillor and how much he has been paid so far in his role as councillor. I would like to know when he last logged on to his wakefield council device and whether he has handed this back in to the IT department.
