Description: I am writing to make a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (or, where applicable, the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002) in receipt of Phase 1 Pride in Place funding. Please provide the following information in relation to your local authority area: (a) PROCUREMENT SPEND 2024–25 The total value of contracts and purchase orders issued by the council in the financial year 2024–25, provided as a line-by-line dataset including: - Supplier name - Supplier postcode or registered address - Contract or order value (£) - Spend category or department If a complete line-by-line dataset is not available, please provide the total procurement spend broken down by whether each supplier's registered postcode falls within your local authority boundary. (b) ASSETS OF COMMUNITY VALUE A complete list of all Assets of Community Value nominations received since the Localism Act 2011 came into force, including: - Asset name and address - Date of nomination - Nominating organisation - Whether the nomination was accepted or rejected, and the reason - Date of listing (if listed) - Current status (active / expired / delisted) - Whether a community interest to bid was triggered during the moratorium period, and the outcome of that process (c) VACANT UNIT DATA Any data or surveys held by the council on retail or commercial vacancy rates on the principal high street(s) in your Pride in Place area in the past five years, including: - Any surveys conducted as part of the Pride in Place programme, High Street Taskforce work, or Business Improvement District returns - The name of the high street(s) surveyed and the dates of any surveys Please also confirm whether a Business Improvement District (BID) operates in your Pride in Place area, and if so provide its name. (d) HIGH STREET RENTAL AUCTIONS AND COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDERS (i) Details of any High Street Rental Auctions initiated under the Levelling Up and Regeneration Act 2023 in your local authority area, including: - Property address - Date initiated - Outcome (ii) Details of any Compulsory Purchase Orders confirmed or currently in progress in the past five years relating to town centre, high street, or commercial property, including: - Property address or area - Purpose of the CPO - Current status If no High Street Rental Auctions or Compulsory Purchase Orders of this type have been used, please confirm this is the case.
