Description: Please provide the following information relating to the Autism Resource Centre at Moorthorpe Primary School for the current financial year: I am requesting recorded information only and do not seek any personal information relating to any individual child. I would prefer the information in electronic format. 1. The annual amount of funding that Wakefield Council pays in respect of a place within the Autism Resource Centre. 2. Details of the funding model used for pupils attending the Autism Resource Centre, including: • any SEND banding or funding matrix; • the financial value attached to each funding band; • any top-up funding payable in addition to the school's delegated budget. 3. If funding differs depending on the assessed level of need, please provide the current funding bands and the annual monetary value associated with each band. 4. Please provide any guidance, policy, matrix or documentation used by the Council to determine the funding allocated for pupils placed within the Autism Resource Centre. 5. Please confirm whether transport costs, therapies, outreach support or other centrally funded services are included within these funding amounts or funded separately.
